I’m Dr. Jeffrey Javed — a board-certified critical care physician, father, and founder of a new model of direct health.

For over a decade, I’ve treated patients in the ICU — often during the worst moments of their lives. But no matter how advanced our interventions became, I kept asking myself the same question:

Why are we always too late?

In critical care, even the best care can’t undo decades of silent decline. ICU mortality rates range from 20% to 50% in many cases. I’ve watched lives cut short by chronic diseases that could have been prevented — if only someone had stepped in sooner.

That’s why I’m stepping outside the system to do exactly that.

Through direct health — grounded in lifestyle medicine, science, and coaching — I help individuals intercept disease before it begins, optimize their biology, and reclaim control over their health.

This isn’t concierge medicine. It’s clarity, accountability, and truth — delivered directly, without insurance filters or institutional delays.
